The Institute for Stress Management and Performance Improvement is dedicated to the long term personal and professional success and well-being of those we serve.
Our primary vehicle in assisting others in their pursuit of happiness is the Master Life Plan Process.
Master Life Planning: personal, professional and organizational, is a holistic, integrated and systematic approach based on General Systems Theory which holds that all the parts and components of any group or organization are inter-related and inter-dependent on each other and that nothing exists or functions in isolation.
It is the challenge, opportunity and responsibility of each person to determine their place in, and their contribution to the overall environment (system) in which they live, express and contribute.
By having an exact, detailed plan that covers and balances all major aspects of Life and/or Business, each of us can optimize and maximize our life experiences.
Success is ours to choose.
We invite you to join our community (by using the form in the right side bar) and discover the profound benefits of developing a personal, professional or organizational Master Plan.
ISMPI-The Institute for Stress Management and Performance Improvement, began as ISM -The Institute for Stress Management more than 2 decades ago.
The ISMPI has worked with many groups, organizations and individuals through articles, cassettes, CD’s, books and live presentations to improve both their personal and professional lives.
The ISMPI is active in developing and sharing innovative practices and techniques aimed at allowing each of us to achieve a dynamic balance between our personal and professional lives, thereby helping us to feel more fulfilled as a person and more successful as a professional.
